Service Manager - Service Assembly Solutions

The role
As a Service Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You’ll ensure optimal planning, competence development, and operational excellence across field service, workshop, and service administration. You’ll also support the Operations Manager Nordics in implementing global service products in Sweden, aligning local operations with global standards. Our industrial customers rely on us for expert installation and service of adhesive application solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of four workshop technicians, one team lead, and four field service technicians.
- Ensure operations consistently meet and exceed performance objectives.
- Foster team spirit and promote a strong sense of belonging.
- Collaborate with the sales organization on service-related assignments.
- Manage team workload, resources, and planning.
You report to Operations Manager Service, Krister Lindgren.
Location: The position is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. A company car will be offered since the job requires some traveling.
To succeed in this role, you bring
- A technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership and managerial experience.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Strong ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and resource planning.
