Your role

As Team Leader Workshop Service Assembly Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will guide and support the workshop staff, manage resources, and drive operational performance. This role is key to maintaining customer satisfaction and product excellence, while also supporting the Business Manager in aligning the team with strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Managing daily workshop operations including planning, scheduling, and task completion.
•    Leading and mentoring technicians, ensuring proper onboarding and continuous development.
•    Driving quality control, safety compliance, and process improvements.
•    Overseeing resource allocation and cost control to meet budget targets.
•    Acting as the communication link between workshop staff and management.

To succeed, you will need

•    Proven ability to manage workshop operations and lead teams.
•    Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
•    Experience in mentoring technicians and driving performance.
•    Solid understanding of quality control and safety regulations.
•    Problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical challenges and customer claims.
•    Hands-on experience in repairs, maintenance, and mentoring.
•    Familiarity with process improvements and cost control.
•    Experience in safety compliance and resource management.
