Are you our next Shipping Coordinator?

As a Shipping Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are prepared accurately, packaged securely, and shipped on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to process excellence will help maintain the high standards of quality, reliability, and service.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Prepare and stage outgoing equipment for shipment, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
• Complete and maintain all required shipping checklists and documentation.
• Assist in testing equipment to verify functionality before shipment.
• Inspect and secure all fasteners, applying match marks to confirm tightness.
• Install required guarding, labels, and caution stickers on equipment.
• Collaborate with the shipping department to palletize and secure equipment for transport.
• Support equipment start-up and assist with final testing as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support shipping and logistics operations.

To succeed, you will need

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or general labor roles preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/factory environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and variable temperatures.
• Basic computer literacy for handling documentation and inventory records.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Safe operation of warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred or required).
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work occasional overtime or weekends as business needs arise.
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and using protective equipment as required.
