Purpose of the job
- Coordinator_Process & Operations manages customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- The role coordinates between Sales, Service, Logistics, and Finance teams to support smooth and efficient order handling.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Order Handling
- Process sales and service orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and pricing adjustments based on Engineers data.
- Monitor order status, confirm delivery schedules, and follow up on delays.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability and product shipment.
- Respond to customer and sales/service team inquiries related to order processing.
- Generate and update order-related documentation, including invoices and delivery receipts.
2. Coordination & Delivery
- Track order status and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
- Check stock availability and follow up on shipment schedules.
- Prepare and maintain documents such as order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Support regular reporting on order value and monthly forecast
3. Customer Support
- Provide clear and timely communication on order progress and issue resolution.
- Handle customer requests and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
4. Process Improvement
- Identify and suggest ways to improve accuracy and efficiency in order processing.
- Participate in system or workflow improvement training and project.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and audit standards.

Experience / Education
- Experience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce and Spirit)
Knowledge / Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
