General Statement of BDM :

Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and leading and cooperating with a team of Sales Engineers.

You will contribute to expanding our brand presence in key industrial segments such as Semiconductor, Appliance, Assembly and other general industry sectors.

 

 

[PURPOSE OF THIS JOB]

  1. Expand Business in Assigned Territory : Drive growth by identifying and executing business opportunities within the assigned sales region.
  2. Lead and Develop Sales Team : Lead, coach, and support Sales Engineers to enhance team performance and ensure strategic alignment.
  3. Accelerate Strategic Market Penetration : Increase brand visibility and market share in target industries such as Semiconductor, Appliance, and Assembly.
  4. Collaborate Across the Organization : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and deliver customer-centric solutions.

 

 

[DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY]

  1. Develop and execute business strategies to grow the assigned territory.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
  3. Cooperate with Sales team and marketing to increase business
  4. Manage project pipeline and develop strategic accounts in targeted segments
  5. Coordinate and execute customer proposals, quotations, and pricing in collaboration with BLM.
  6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical support.
  7. Monitor and report on sales activities, opportunities, and KPIs on a monthly basis.
  8. Continuously improve internal sales processes and operational efficiency.
  9. Foster collaboration with internal teams including Marketing, Service, and external organizations such as the headquarters, ICA and ICK.

 

 

[QUALIFICATIONS]

  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the industrial sector
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred)
  3. Experience in managing regional sales teams and customer accounts
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  5. Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
  7. Proven ability to lead teams and manage sales performance
  8. Customer-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
  9. Self-motivated and driven in fast-paced environments
  10. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  11. Proficient in English (written and spoken)
