[Mission of the job]

Sales Engineer develops and grows business within the assigned sales territory by strengthening customer relationships and enhancing the brand’s competitive position in the responsible market.

The role works closely with sales teams, distributors, and technical stakeholders to increase market share, achieve sales targets, and deliver effective technical solutions.

Responsible for managing key customers within the General Industry segment while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and business growth.

 

[Main Responsibilities]

Customer & Market Development

  • Drive profitable growth within the General Industry segment by identifying, developing, and expanding strategic accounts.
  • Promote complete assembly solutions including tools, feeders, and automation systems.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand manufacturing processes and uncover new business opportunities.

 

Sales Performance & Profitability Management

  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining healthy contribution margins.
  • Apply disciplined pricing strategies aligned with company profitability objectives.

 

Technical & Application Support

  • Analyze customer applications and provide solution-oriented proposals tailored to their operational needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver total solution value.

 

Channel & Distributor Management

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with regional distributors.
  • Support distributors through training, customer visits, and performance monitoring.

 

Compliance & Corporate Governance

  • Ensure adherence to company safety, ethical, and business code of conduct standards.

[Skills / Knowledge  / Experience]

  • 3-7 years working experience in sales in any company
  • Challenging spirit, aggressive, planning & organizing.
  • A person who excels in new sales and direct sales.
  • Experienced in the following areas of business (Offroad, Assembly and electronics segment)
  • A person who can test the customer's on-site demonstration
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset
  • Culturally adaptable and experienced in a multinational environment
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international) up to 20–30% as business requires

This position is responsible for developing and expanding the General Industry market in Korea, focusing on profitable growth, strategic account development, and solution-based sales.

The role covers tools, feeders, and automation-related solutions and requires close collaboration with distributors, internal teams, and global product organizations.

The position contributes to market share expansion and long-term customer partnerships while maintaining healthy contribution margins.
