Your Role

1. Provide installation and commissioning service for customers.

2. To provide installation and commissioning to customers when leakage detector equipment is delivered.

3. To provide equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.

4. Provide maintenance and repair service for customers

5. Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for leakage detector equipment.

6. To contact with customers to identify general problems and provide necessary suggestions.

7. To initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.

8. Co-ordination with sales, and technical team.

9. To interact with sales team to provide efficient after sales service to customers.

10. To keep relationship with technical team to give feedback about product’s quality issues on site.

11. Has the responsibility to contribute to the sustainable operations for parts and service and also to have a good structure in the areas of quality, safety and environment issues.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education level

- College graduated or above. Relevant Previous experience

-3 years working experience in in leakage detector, vacuum pump (oil pump or dry pump) maintenance after-sales engineer.

-Leakage detector, vacuum pump (oil pump or dry pump) maintenance experience is preferred.

-Adapt to travel.

-Close to location is preferred (We need 5 positions :3 positions located in Hefei ,1 position located in Ningde ,1 position located in Guangdong).
