Atlas Copco Vietnam (Air Compressor Business) looking for a young Content Specialist (1-2 year experience) who is a content creator and able to apply AI trend to marketing.

  • Reporting to Communication Department
  • Office based in Di An (HCMC)
  • Prefer candidate who can join in March.

 

Main responsibilities:

  1. Content strategy & planning
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy aligned with commercial and communication objectives.
  • Build and manage content calendars across websites, social media, email, webinars, and internal channels.
  • Align content direction with sales, product, and business development teams to support market expansion and revenue growth.

 

  1. Content creation & localization
  • Produce, edit, and localize high-quality content including articles, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, internal communication, and event/webinar materials.
  • Ensure all content adheres to Atlas Copco’s tone of voice and brand identity guidelines.
  • Optimize content for SEO and AI-driven search formats (AI Overviews, structured data, semantic search).

 

  1. Paid media
  • Plan, develop, and execute paid digital campaigns including SEM, display, social media ads, retargeting, and performance campaigns.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to improve relevance, quality score, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain unified messaging across paid and organic channels.

 

  1. Marketing automation (HubSpot)
  • Manage, execute, and optimize HubSpot marketing automation workflows, including segmentation, email nurturing, scoring, and behavioral triggers.
  • Build automated journeys to support lead qualification, customer engagement, and campaign personalization.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports to enhance automation efficiency and conversion impact.
  • Maintain data quality and ensure consistent integration between HubSpot, CRM, and other marketing tools.

 

  1. Multimedia production
  • Capture photos and videos for events, interviews, customer visits, product showcases, and internal activities.
  • Edit and produce both short-form and long-form videos with subtitles, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics.
  • Develop multimedia assets that support digital campaigns, storytelling, and internal communication.

 

  1. Content performance & optimization
  • Monitor key digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, CTR, conversions).
  • Analyze insights to refine content and improve engagement, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify new content development opportunities.

 

  1. Internal Communication
  • Lead planning and execution of internal communication across all employee touchpoints.
  • Develop newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, event recaps, and cultural storytelling.
  • Drive internal engagement and employer branding initiatives to strengthen company culture.
  • Ensure internal messages are timely, clear, aligned with strategic direction, and consistent with Atlas Copco’s tone of voice.

 

  1. Collaboration & cross-functional alignment
  • Work closely with relevant local and global teams.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and external production partners.
  • Ensure alignment and smooth execution across campaigns, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.

Required experiences

  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Experience in content marketing, internal communication, or digital marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Experience in managing multi-platform content across digital and internal channels
  • Experience with technical or industrial content is an advantage
