[Hanoi] Technical Sales Intern 

General

• The Technical Sales Intern (TSI) learns to deliver technical and administrative support (technical documentation, design drawings, proposal packages...) to sales team of Industrial Air Compressors - North Vietnam. The internship is a great opportunity for young engineering student to apply learnt knowledge and an opportunity to hone their skills for future sales job.
• This internship may be best fit for engineering student who likes to go on the Sales Engineer career path. 

Main responsibilities

• Support all sales projects, prepare technical drawings, air compressor specifications, application information, quotation, and tender documentation, and other reports using AutoCAD and office application.
• Prepare technical reports, energy assessments, and air compressor performance calculations.
• Accompany sales to customer meetings, site visits, and internal technical trainings.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering, or related technical study.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications using AutoCAD (or similar design software) and Microsoft Office suites especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good English
• Willing to learn, collaborate to solve problem, innovate for a better way, and strong sense of commitment to assigned tasks. Can do person and able to manage own time to meet tight deadline.

What we offer

• Allowances: 5.3 mil vnd monthly for students. For fresh gradudate, we can offer higher salary.
• Lunch and phone allowance
• Work from Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00, 1 hour lunch
• 12 annual leaves
• A nice office in PVI Building, 1 Pham Van Bach, Cau Giay .
