Your role

As a Global Key Account Manager, you will be close to our customers, driving strategic growth and nurturing relationships with our key accounts. You will 

  • A Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) exists to foster strong relationships between a Global organization and its most valuable Global clients.
  • GKAMs play a pivotal role in maintaining client trust, driving growth, and ensuring mutual success
  • This position is required when the role of a Key Account Manager is not enough to cover the needs of a Global Customer
  • Balancing AC pricing & profitability targets with customers value and cost awareness
  • This position will belong to field sales team, reporting to sales manager or BLM within MVI. This position will have  with dotted line to the Global Final Assembly Business Manager in Division.  
  • Key Account Managers Capabilities GKAMs create regular reports for stakeholders, advising on the organization’s relationship with top clients. They also collaborate with sales teams to develop up-selling and cross-selling strategies
  • Improve the quality of goods or services delivered to key clients. They collaborate with KAM, sales, design, marketing, logistics, and other teams.

  • Key Account Managers Capabilities including KAM technical competence
  • 7+ years working experience in industrial sales of technically advanced products. Bachelor degree of Engineering / Business or equivalent
  • Key Account Managers Analytical Competences
  • Develop a short- and long-term strategic plan in agreement with the customer management (aligned with the Key Account Managers, working locally)
  • Able to negotiate in a global level (with the coordination with KAM and divisional management)
  • Able to formulate and evaluate frame agreements

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in HaiPhong , Vietnam.
