Your role

As a Project Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Business Line Manager and work closely with the teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

Your day-to-day

  • Sell SCA adhesive dispensing and Henrob and K-Flow joining solutions to automotive OEMs, end users, line builders and system integrators in Vietnam.
  • Drive the transformation of existing customers’ traditional production lines by identifying waste, process risks and opportunities to improve automation, productivity, quality and traceability.
  • Translate customer needs into suitable technical solutions with clear value and return on investment.
  • Develop new business opportunities, expand the installed base, grow the sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Coordinate the RFQ process between end users, line builders and internal teams—from initial requirement clarification until purchase order.
  • Ensure clear alignment on technical scope, responsibilities, quotation, commercial terms and delivery expectations before order placement.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide accurate sales forecasts and market information.
  • Support a smooth project handover to the responsible project team after receiving the purchase order.
  • Regular travel to customer and partner sites within Vietnam will be required.

Your skills and experience

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in project sales or industrial automation project.
  • Experience working with automotive manufacturers, line builders or system integrators.
  • Experience coordinating technical and commercial requirements during the RFQ stage.
  • Knowledge of adhesive dispensing, joining technology or automated production systems is an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with or supporting VinFast will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Structured problem solver with good coordination skills.
  • Fluent Vietnamese and good working English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license.
