We are looking for Temporary Support at our Halton Hills Store, Ontario, Canada location and will report to the Customer Service Manager Eastern Canada. The primary mission of this role is to provide day-to-day support to the Rental Coordinator in Canada, assisting with rental operations, logistics, inventory and administrative tasks to help streamline the rental process and maintain operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Rental Coordinator with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assisting in preliminary invoice calculations.
  • Providing logistics support, including shipping coordination and equipment movement.
  • Assisting with creating purchase orders and vendor follow-ups.
  • Helping to monitor renewal contracts and ensure timely updates.
  • Supporting receiving processes and updating stock systems accurately.
  • Assisting with facility maintenance and shop supplies management.
  • Other support duties as required.

This position is not limited to the above tasks and may involve additional responsibilities to support the Rental team and overall operations.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service, rental operations, logistics or administrative support.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of inventory and stock management systems is a plus.
