Your role

You will 

Develop and manage OEM sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory in accordance with Atlas Copco standards and divisional OEM strategies. Gain a deep understanding of customer applications, drive sustainable business growth, and support strategic decision-making through market analysis and business development reporting. Report directly to the OEM Business Manager - IAT.

Job Description:

Business Development
- Develop the OEM market within the assigned territory by acquiring new customers while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.

- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and business growth targets through proactive prospecting and effective sales execution.

- Identify and recommend Atlas Copco solutions that best meet customer requirements and propose product improvements where appropriate.

- Regularly evaluate business development strategies and recommend actions to enhance sales performance and support growth objectives.

- Work closely with local distributors to accelerate OEM business development and market expansion.


Market Analysis
- Monitor and analyze economic conditions, industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments affecting the OEM compressed air business, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Thermal Energy & Power Engineering, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, such as air compressors, fluid machinery, or general industrial machinery.

- Strong ability to work independently, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job location

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Hangzhou, while being associated with our customer center in China (CN).
