Sales Engineer/Equipment Sales/Territory Sales

Atlas Copco Vietnam is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Engineer/Territory sales to join our dedicated air compressor team based in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh to manage a territory. We are welcoming experienced sales from the industry for a change of job. You will engage with a diverse portfolio of innovative products aimed at delivering optimal industrial air solutions.

The vacancy is meant for Vietnamese only.

Main Responsibilities

Take full ownership of sales activities to maximize the revenue and expand market presence for air compressor products with these key activities. We welcome experienced sales in the market and competition.

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers and contractors for continued opportunities.
• Visit customers and go to markets to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Deliver comprehensive pre-sales activities including responding to inquiries, technical consultation, quotation preparation, bidding, contract negotiation, and overseeing contract implementation.
• Collaberate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless payment processes, delivery schedules, and collections.
• Other related sales and marketing tasks assigned by manager.

Experience & Qualifications

• University degree in mechanical engineering or related study
• 2+ years of proven experience in selling industrial equipment, project sales, bidding, and contract negotiations.
• Good communication skills including technical presentation and negotiation
• Having driving license as an advantage for customer visits
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Result-driven, aggressive sales approach, project-sales mindset and patience.
