Key responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Plan and implement strategy to achieve team targets within the assigned area; Monitor sales activities & results, follow up sales plan and make necessary adjustment to area sale strategy. Be responsible for area results
  • Master the market mapping and competitor mapping within assigned area; allocate sales resources according to market mapping
  • Support sales engineer in key activities, e.g. exhibition, negation, bidding, establishing contact with customer’s mid & high levels
  • Task breakdown annual sales goal to individual team member; manage and follow-up sales performance and effectiveness; improve team efficiency and overall team competency by coaching
  • Be responsible for people selection and development, i.e. interview, coaching and counseling of the employees in your area
  • Lead and manage key projects. Lead sales engineer to maintain relationship with high-levels of key accounts
  • To establish and manage the healthy and efficient distributor network in the region if applicable
  • Communicate internally with service team, marketing team and project team to smooth the sales operation
  • Report accurately and timely

 

Candidate profile:

 

Education

  • University degree or above with engineering background

 

Experience

  • At least 5 years sales experience  

 

  • Knowledge
  • Mechanical or electrical knowledge
  • PC skill is a must
