Atlas Copco Vietnam - Compressor Service and Optimization (CSO) is hiring for Proposal Staff based in Ha Noi with the following responsibilitiies:

Quotation Specialist (Proposal)

General:

We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven person to be part of a fast-growing Service team, who will be assigned to speed the quotation/proposal process to support our sales engineers and customers. Your mission is to expand Atlas Copco presence by delivering accurate and on-time quotations to maximize Spare part sales of air compressors.

Main responsibilities:

• Independently evaluate customer Request for Quote (RFQ) requirements and customer specifications
• Validate that our product offering will meet the RFQ requirement.
• Collaborate with sales engineers, operations regarding strategic proposal methods.
• Continuously improve business by generating smart proposal by providing complete solution to sales
• Generating proposal with option and value propositional base on customer segmentation.
• Utilize Customer relation management (CRM) system properly and follow up through the sales lifecycle with sale and admin team.
• Maintain accurate records of all proposal and follow up to ensure output is align with Service target.

Experiences

• Have at least bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, economics, accounting, logistics, engineers. 
• 1+ years of experience in sales quotation, customer service, sales support, order processing, sales accounting. 
• Resourceful with service information  
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English. 
• CRM experience is preferred
• MS Office experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) 
• Able to support many sales engineers and work under pressure and tight deadline
• Learn fast
