Supply Chain Manager – Americas (Product Company)

The Supply Chain Manager – Americas at our Product Company ensures supply chain operations align with Division strategies in the semiconductor industry.

  • Implement and maintain Division supply chain strategies and standards for consistency and efficiency;
  • Represent the Division in supply chain discussions to ensure strategic alignment;
  • Drive performance metrics on quality, service, and cost to meet semiconductor client expectations;
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Forecasting, Commercial, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to manage risks and improve service;
  • Manage supply planning to reflect customer demand, production lead times, and product segments;
  • Oversee inventory control, monitor slow-moving stock, and apply FEFO protocols with Warehouse Operations;
  • Analyze inventory to improve turnover, reduce obsolescence, and enhance availability;
  • Provide timely reports on stock risks and supply constraints to leadership;
  • Monitor supplier performance and work with Procurement for quality and delivery;
  • Participate in supplier meetings to review forecasts, performance, and resolve inbound supply issues;
  • Escalate systemic supply chain issues and lead improvement initiatives;
  • Drive continuous process improvements aligned with Divisional mandates;
  • Document supply chain procedures and system integrations for clarity and compliance;
  • Ensure master data integrity for products, including logistics and regulatory compliance;
  • Oversee customs compliance with Quality and Regulatory teams;
  • Communicate supply risks and product availability clearly across teams;
  • Lead logistics integration for new product introductions and delistings;
  • This role requires skill in navigating a matrixed organization, balancing operations with strategy, and influencing across levels to deliver a resilient, customer-focused supply chain.

  • Proven track record managing full lifecycle supply chains in complex environments, preferably semiconductor or similarly high-tech manufacturing industries;
  • Exceptional ability to operate autonomously and take initiative within a complex, matrix organizational structure;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated influence over internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels;
  • Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems facilitating end-to-end supply chain management;
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and operational precision;
  • Capability to forge and maintain productive relationships across divisional, commercial, and operational teams to align goals and objectives;
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving business contexts; and
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
  • Rapidly assimilate knowledge on local market dynamics and customer expectations specific to the semiconductor supply chain domain;
  • Build and sustain robust networks across Commercial, Product Company, and Divisional teams to foster seamless collaboration and information flow;
  • Identify critical supply chain pathways and potential risk drivers, employing analytical rigor to develop solutions and mitigation plans;
  • Implement structured approaches to bridge gaps in supply chain processes utilizing cross-functional resources for effective resolution.
  • Develop and evaluate multiple supply-demand alignment scenarios to address discrepancies proactively and maintain service levels;
  • Navigate and prioritize competing demands within complex matrixed environments, ensuring stakeholder alignment and balanced outcomes;
  • Leverage comprehensive data analysis to enhance service delivery, optimize costs, and reinforce supply chain resilience against market fluctuations;
  • Champion the adoption of best practices and catalyze transformative changes across the Product Company to maintain divisional strategic alignment.
  • Engage regularly with senior leadership, including Vice Presidents in Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory functions to align goals and priorities;
  • Strengthen partnerships across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, External Supply, and Category Teams to deliver integrated solutions;
  • Serve as the Product Company’s key voice in Divisional forums ensuring consistent communication flows and alignment from grassroots to executive levels;
  • Collaborate globally with counterparts to exchange best practices, harmonize processes, and ensure consistent supply chain execution.

For US applicants in Massachusetts, a salary range of $150,000 to $190,000 will be discussed based on experience and qualifications, ensuring equitable and transparent remuneration practices.
