Financial Analyst

Your role

As a Financial Analyst, you will:

1. • Provide Business partnering support to one or more Divisions or Teams within the NACC, in the area of sales, service and/or logistics. Build and maintain close relationships, being embedded in their daily activities.
   • Provide financial and business guidance ensuring compliance with The Way and that decisions are made with best benefit to the overall organization
   • Analyze and drive one or more Business line financials including P&L, BS and CF. This may also be a subset, for example specific STC or DC financials.
   • Support preparation of BRMs and other Business reviews, including presenting financial results to senior stakeholders
   • Cooperate with and support Divisional finance teams, building and maintaining strong relationships and understand their business background, priorities and strategies to effectively guide the CC activities.
   • Report month end results on time and quality across SAP, Polaris, PowerBI and GPS following all Group regulations
   • Proactively review, drive and comment on results well in advance of deadlines including OR, OI, UGP, P&L, NWC and Headcount.
   • Areas to be covered may include several legal entities, acquired companies and STCs which are part of the Edwards North America CC
   • Cooperate with other CCs in US and globally, and the GBS, to drive efficiency gains for the entire BA and ensure best practice sharing. Actively contribute to cross-CC and BA wide projects.
   • Build and maintain a strong network within the global finance community, including Group / BA / Division / Other CC and PC finance teams

To succeed, you will need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Business Administration
• 1+ years working experience in Finance in a manufacturing or engineering environment using SAP
• Preferrably working experience within Atlas Copco
• SAP ERP system, PowerBI, P&L and Balance Sheet understanding
• Understanding of sales, service and manufacturing processes and how they relate to Finance
• Strong verbal, and written communication in English

Hybrid:
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Edwards Vacuum locations in Haverill, MA or Sanborn, NY sites.
