Your Role

Mission of the job

upgrade the company's products, improve product performance, and develop new products, a vacuum professional is needed to oversee the entire project development process of standard products and ensure that all development projects are completed on time.

Main Responsibility:

Responsible for the management of the company's standard product development department;.

Responsible for coordinating the technical roadmap design of the company's related products, as well as the research and development of key core technologies and new technologies.

Responsible for the design and development of the company's standard products.

Responsible for the maintenance, quality improvement, and performance enhancement of the company's in production products.

Responsible for project management of various standard development projects and R&D control of the entire lifecycle of standard products.

Responsible for providing internal and external technical support for the company's standard products.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education level

- Major in vacuum and mass spectrometry, master's degree or above;

Relevant Previous experience

• More than 3 years of experience in equipment and project development.

• More than 1 year experience in project development and management.
• Having a profound background in vacuum expertise, familiar with various principles of vacuum equipment, and proficient in various vacuum professional calculations.
• Understand the principles of various mass spectrometry and mass spectrometry leak detection techniques.
• Proficient in the use of various professional simulation software.
• Have certain professional knowledge in electronics, materials, structure, software and other related fields.
• Language skills: Fluency in Chinese is required and Fluent English is preferred.
• Other skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint
