Your Role

1. Responsible for pre-factory commissioning, inspection and quality control of process equipment to ensure compliance with technical standards, national specifications and customer needs.
2. Debugging and aging inspection of semi-finished products in the production process, recording data and processing of nonconforming products.
3. Use professional instruments (such as multimeters, high-voltage resistance meters, stopwatches, etc.) to conduct performance tests to ensure product safety and functionality.
4. Analyze the causes of the nonconforming products found in the inspection, put forward suggestions for improvement, and track the implementation effect of corrective measures.
5. Participate in the preparation of inspection-related work instructions, reports and records to ensure that the data can be traced.
6. It has strong control ability over the safety and quality of on-site electrical commissioning.
7. Have good communication and coordination skills and team awareness, have a strong sense of responsibility, work rigorously and conscientiously, and be proactive.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Skills and Competencies

1-5 years of experience in electrical equipment debugging or quality inspection, familiar with the process flow of low-voltage complete sets of equipment, distribution cabinets and other products.

Qualifications

College degree or above in electromechanical, electrical, automation control and other related majors.
