Your role

As a Key Account Manager you will need to:

  • Develop new customers in emerging market to expand business.
  • Maintain exist customers to win market share.
  • Manage opportunity pipelines and update sales forecast .
  • Identify and follow up new opportunities to win order.
  • Develop channel sales, co-work and support distributors to win orders and market share.
  • Make regular customer visit.
  • Report competitor activities and market information.
  • Create customer perception of Nuoyi excellence.
  • Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers eyes.
  • Follow up the company strategy to meet sales target.
  • Participate and complete sales forecast .
  • Accomplish assignment from Line Manager.

  •  Education level 
    -    Bachelor degree or above, major in Business, technical or other related fields.
  •  Relevant Previous experience
    -    Min 5 years experiences in technical or sales field in machinery、automation industry、automotor industry、customized systerm design product. 
    -    Previous experience in leak detection sales would be a plus.
  •  Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
    -    Good communication skills, relationship management skills, negotiation competence.
    -    Teamwork spirit, be good at learning. 
    -    Strong sense of responsibility, serious and responsible work.
  • Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
    -    Proficiency in Chinese and English language, both written and spoken.
