Your Role

Mission of the job

Manufacturing Engineer Manager lead and takes ownership of the manufacturing system within allocated production cells/process, ensuring production maintenance and continuous improvement of the safe and lean processes for existing and new products. ME Team would be working together with Production other teams for operational excellence

Main Responsibility:

• Full charge of the accuracy and optimization of manufacturing technical data (including Routings and SOPs), creating and maintenance of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), technical specifications for manufacturing equipment, Equipment Testing Specification.
• Production readiness for product transfer/new project launch（PFC，PFMEA , Tooling development, Production line Layout definition, related documentation）, Implement process development in the development process of new products and projects.
• Control latest Layout and co-work with other department when Lay-out changes needed.
• Perform overall work and lead project regarding cost reduction, quality improvement, timely delivery and safety for customer satisfaction and production optimization.
• Take full charge of critical process and support technique for production without any delay, and design equipment, facilities, jigs and fixtures for supporting assembly cell.
• Measure routing time of each product/process and change BOM.
• Design standard Jig, Fixture, Equipment and facility and control specification, operation method, scrap.
• Management team resource plan and skill up knowledge for our task.
• Lead and organize production of internal and external meetings for process /Manufacturing technology.
• Other works assigned by Manager.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education level

Degree in mechanical engineering, automation specialty, electric engineering, or equivalent subject;

Relevant Previous experience

More than 3 years team management.

At least 5 years of experience in equipment fabrication process or lean manufacturing, has experience in vacuum, motors, instrumentation and equipment manufacturing are preferred. knowledge of digital tools will be a plus.

Project management experience in a multi-national environment.

Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills.
