Your Role

Mission/Purpose of the Job :

• Conduct regular market research to identify hot industries and unmet market needs.
• Work with sales teams to identify customer pain points and translate needs into specific product features.
• Make product development plan, coordinate R&D team to complete product development and testing on time.
• Plan the product launch strategy, including pricing, promotion and sales models.

Analyze product sales data, optimize marketing strategies, and increase product market share.

Main Responsibilities :

• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitors' trends, and formulated product development roadmap.
• Define product functions, performance and target customer groups, and write product requirements document (PRD).
• Cooperate with R&D, production, technical and sales teams to ensure that product development, testing and launch are in accordance with the plan.
• Monitor product life cycle, continuously optimize product performance, and promote iterative upgrades.
• Collected customer feedback, analyzed product market performance, and made improvement plans.

Participate in the company's strategic planning, and provide suggestions for the company to explore new markets or new product lines.

 
To succeed, you will need  

• Education level

• Master Degree level or above major in Engineering 、Business or other related fields.

• Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)

• Min 5 years experiences in product or technical related field , leak detector industry related  will be a plus.

  1. Market analysis ability:

  • Able to accurately capture market opportunities and evaluate product competitiveness.

  • Have a deep understanding and insight of the lithium battery, semiconductor or research equipment industry.

  2. Cross-departmental collaboration ability:

  • Able to communicate seamlessly with R&D, production, sales and other departments to promote project delivery on time.

  3. Product planning ability:

  • Familiar with product management methodology, able to reasonably plan product roadmap and continuous optimization.

  4. Data analysis ability:

  • Skilled use of data analysis tools to accurately evaluate product market performance and user feedback.

  5. Innovation ability:

   Good at identifying industry trends and designing competitive product solutions. 

• Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)

• High proficiency in Chinese and English language, both written and spoken.

• Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  Agilely and strong product senses for the leak detection industry.
