Product Quality Engineer

Your role

As a Product Quality Engineer , your mission is to better focus/clarity to the data collected for both internal (FTTFR), external field failures (warranty) and service requests (non-warranty) and the return of defective parts to STC's or originating PC for FA. You will report to SHEQ Manager. 

You will
1. Improvement in product quality

•    For mass-produced models:
•    The failure rate has decreased
•    Customer complaint analysis
•    Repeated questions close
•    Improved stability
•    For example, your leak detector:
•    Fluctuations in filament lifespan
•    Low leakage rate drift
•    Poor consistency in pumping speed
•    On-site rework of height

2. NPI/Quality of New Product Introduction

•    Before the new model is launched:
•    Quality verification during trial production
•    BOM change risk
•    Process verification
•    Reliability test
•    Pilot run issue close

3. Data analysis

•    Common indicators
•    PPM
•    RMA rate
•    Yield
•    MTBF
•    Complaint closure time

4. Handling customer issues

•    Linkage with after-sales service, R&D and manufacturing:
•    8D report
•    RCA

•    Bachelor degree or above ,mechanical or related industry major.
•    Have work experience in quality systems 8 years or above, more than 3 years of analyze faulty machines,Master 8D, mechanical, electrical and vacuum systems experience is plus.
•    Have good analytical skills, strong logical thinking ability, good communication and team work ;
•    Proficient in software, fluent  English level in oral and writing.

On-Site
