Your Role
- Achieve/exceed the annual sales targets in the specific region
- Realize, directly or in cooperation with others the complete sales cycle necessary to obtain the orders/purchase contracts (identify opportunity, present proposal, negotiate and close the deal)
- Increase the market share in the assigned region
- Establish, develop and maintain relationship with customers through visits, telephone calls, remote video meetings and written communication
- Consult with the direct manager the proposal details such as pricing, product selection, warranty, service contract
- Consult with the service department the specific customer needs to propose the best solution
- Prospect for new and manage existing distributor partners in assigned territory
- Monitor the market and competition - gather, evaluate and analyze information about the market
- Share information about new potential business with management
- Participate in seminars, exhibitions and contribute to other marketing activities
• Report any information related to the competition
To succeed, you will need
- Education level
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Business, technical or other related fields.
- Relevant Previous experience
- Min 2years experiences in technical or sales field in industry.
- Previous experience in leak detection sales would be a plus.
- Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to develop new market application.
- High integrity, initiative and Self-motivated.
- Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
- Proficiency in Chinese and English language.
