Your Role

Mission/Purpose of the Job :

  • Conduct market research, prepare industry analysis reports, and determine key regions and industry directions.
  • Lead customer development, obtain potential customer resources through exhibitions, industry conferences and online channels.
  • Organize brand promotion activities (such as exhibitions, industry technical forums, etc.) to enhance brand exposure.
  • Maintain a long-term interactive relationship with customers, and gradually establish the company's reputation and status in the industry.
  • Analyze customer feedback and industry changes in the process of expansion, and timely adjust market strategies.
  • Develop, implement and execute a regional market growth strategy in accordance with the Divisional market strategy in China. Work in close with BLM in selecting and developing new business to drive sustainable growth.
  • To develop and grow SemiconductorScientific research market share business.
  • To contribute to the business / sales strategies and objectives for China market by sales activities.
  • Monitoring / managing business related activities, administration and procurement operation to ensure strategy is aligned and target is meet.
  • To manage customer expectations in line with strategic plan; meanwhile, achieve the balance between customer satisfaction and company benefit
  • To establish / develop senior level relationship with customers to increase visibility of in front of customer senior managers.
  • Be responsible for the assigned annual sales budget and profit for China market.

Main Responsibilities :

Business Development

  • Responsible for market research and industry analysis to tap potential markets and target customer groups.
  • According to the company strategy, develop and implement the market expansion plan, develop new industries and new customers.
  • Plan and implement brand promotion activities to enhance the company's visibility and influence in target industries.
  • Establish cooperative relations with industry associations, exhibitions, media and other institutions to expand corporate brand influence.
  • Collect industry trends and customer needs to support product development and strategic decisions.
  • Regularly track the effect of market expansion and optimize marketing strategies.

Sales Scope– SemiconductorScientific research industry

  • Annual Sales budget / profit: Follow up business opportunity and win business with maximized profit margin.
  • Out-standing payment: Follow up payment collection and get paid on time.
  • Business development and penetration: Identify business opportunity and come up with strategy to penetrate and win.
  • Customer relationship and satisfaction: Establish and maintain strong contact with existing and new customers; understand customer expectation and ensure customer is happy with company support.

 
To succeed, you will need  

  • Education level
    • Bachelor degree or above, major in Business, technical or other related fields. 
  • Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)

    • Minimum 5 Years of working within business development+ experience of sales , successful sales team management is plus.
    • Experience in SemiconductorScientific research industry preferred.
    • Market insight:
    • • Have a keen insight into hot industries and can identify market trends and potential opportunities.
    • • Familiar with the market characteristics of lithium battery, semiconductor and research industries.
    • Interpersonal skills:
    •  
      • • Good at building and maintaining customer relationships, and maintaining close contact with industry partners.
      • Brand operation capability:
      • • Familiar with brand promotion and marketing methods, able to plan efficient marketing activities.
      • Execution and pressure resistance:
      • • Able to drive market development plans in complex environments and meet targets on time.
      • Data analysis ability:
      • • Develop specific expansion strategies based on market data and research results.
      • Result-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment .
      • Strong customer orientated attitude with a self-starter attitude.
  • Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)

    • Ability to prioritize and make self-directed decisions, multi-task, and function effectively under frequent deadlines.
    • Ability to work through problems from a professional, technical, practical and business profitability perspective.
    •  Detail oriented with excellent personal organization .
  • Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented .
