Service Sales Engineer

Your role
As a Service Sales Engineer , your mission is to implementation of business marketing action and activities in leak detection aftermarket service field to maximize customer values of products. You will report to [Senior Service Sales & Operation Manager].
You will
- Responsible for the after-sales sales in the designated region and achieve the sales target through individual and team efforts and dealer network.
- Comprehensive understanding of leak detection characteristic service and leak detection output to meet or exceed requirements.
- Provide timely and effective market information, work closely with the marketing team to develop the local market.
- Work closely with the BD team to collect customer requirements and follow up customer requirements in the designated area.
- Develop and strengthen cooperation with customers in the region to promote sales efforts.
- Work closely with the service team to provide the perfect customer sales solution.
- Improve the effectiveness of install base management, and ensure that the output of key customers meets the expectations

- Education level: bachelor degree or above, major in business, automation, leak detection,vacuum pump is preferred.
- Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience): At least 5 years industrial product experience, leak detection experience is preferred.
- Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities): English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements): Strong communication skills and team work ability. Willing to travel.
