Supply Chain Manager

Your role
As a Supply Chain Manager, your mission is to own and govern end-to-end operational processes across Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics, and Order to Cash(O2C). Ensure compliant, stable, and efficient operations aligned with group standards, supporting sustainable business growth. You will report to General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and govern end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement execution, material planning (MPS/MRP), and supplier performance management
• Ensure supply continuity while balancing cost efficiency, lead time, quality, and risk, in alignment with group supply chain strategies
• Manage warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, traceability, and compliance with group EHS and internal control requirements
• Optimize inventory levels and turnover, reducing excess and obsolete stock while maintaining service levels
• Act as process owner for the Order to Cash (O2C) workflow, covering order review, fulfillment coordination, shipment, invoicing, and collections
• Ensure standardized and compliant execution of O2C processes across Sales, Operations, and Finance
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Finance to support delivery commitments and operational stability
• Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, inventory turnover, order accuracy, and DSO
• Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation, system data integrity, and process transparency
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring proper change management and documentation in line with group standards
To succeed, you will need
- Solid experience in supply chain / operations management within a structured or group environment
- Proven ownership of end-to-end processes, preferably including O2C
- Strong understanding of process governance, compliance, and internal controls
- Experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams
- ERP-driven mindset; data- and KPI-oriented
- Fluent in English and Chinese
