Your Role

Mission/Purpose of the Job :

• According to customer needs, design professional technical solutions to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of the solution.
• Conduct in-depth technical communication with customers, analyze application scenarios, and provide customized technical support.
• Co-work with sales team to promote  technical advantages and application value of products to customers, and promote the implementation of projects.
• Responsible for internal and external training of the company's technical knowledge, including sales team and customer training.
• Follow up the technical trends of the industry, and provide suggestions for product optimization and technology upgrading.

Cooperate with the after-sales team to solve the complicated technical problems in the process of customer use.

Main Responsibilities :

• Analyze the customer's business needs, develop detailed technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Participate in customer field research, record technical requirements, and feed back to R&D and product teams.
• Cooperate with product manager to develop new features or new products that meet market needs.
• Regularly summarize industry best practices and form technical documentation to support market expansion.

Connect with customer feedback to transit actual needs into product improvement points or new product development directions.

 
To succeed, you will need  

• Education level

• Master Degree level or above in an engineering or science discipline.

• Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)

• At least  5 years experiences in technical or application field ,leak detector industry related  will be a plus

  Technical ability:

  Proficient in the company's products and its core technologies (such as vacuum detection, leak detection, etc.).

  Deep understanding of the technical needs of target industries (e.g., lithium batteries, semiconductors, research equipment).

  Project management ability:

  Able to organize the implementation of technical solutions, control the time node and delivery quality.

• Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)

• Learning ability:

  High proficiency in Chinese and English language, both written and spoken.

• Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)

• Communication skills:

  Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to customers in easy language.

  Good customer communication skills and coordination ability to drive collaboration between customer and technical team.

  Be able to quickly grasp new technologies or industry trends and provide solutions to customers.
