Architect &Vacuum Lead
Your role
As a Architect &Vacuum Lead , your mission is to Responsible for the overall vacuum system architecture and technology roadmap of leak detectors, defining key product performance targets, system architecture and critical technical solutions, while driving next-generation platform development and innovation. You will report to the Deputy GM .
You will:
- Lead the architecture design of leak detector vacuum systems;
- Define technology roadmaps and platform strategies;
- Design and optimize vacuum circuits, valve blocks, pumping systems and flow control strategies;
- Establish system performance targets including sensitivity, response time, pumping performance and stability
- Lead system-level design reviews, risk assessments and technical decisions;
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, software and algorithm teams for system integration;
- Drive key technology development and patent strategies;
- Support major customer projects and technical communications
To succeed, you will need
- Education level: Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics integration, instrumentation, vacuum technology and equipment, automation and related majors;
- Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) : - Minimum 10 years of vacuum system design experience; - At least 5 years of leak detector, mass spectrometer or high-vacuum equipment development experience; - Proven experience in system architecture and technical leadership; -Experience throughout the complete product development lifecycle ;-Experience in vacuum industry design is preferred;
- Having a certain foundation in English, good English reading ability.
- Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Language skills：fluent English speaking
- Extensive experience as a Senior System Architect or Vacuum Systems Expert for standard helium mass spectrometer leak detection platforms, with deep expertise in vacuum system architecture design, vacuum technology, and precision instrument integration.Other skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint
- Vacuum engineering knowledge or experiance is a plus.
