Development Engineer-Embedded Software

Your role

As a Development Engineer-Embedded Software, your mission is to responsible for MCU firmware development and maintenance for leak detector control boards and modules, enabling equipment control, data acquisition, communication and algorithm implementation to ensure stable, reliable and high-performance operation  . You will report to the Deputy GM .

You will:

• Develop, debug and maintain MCU firmware;  
• Implement data acquisition, signal processing and equipment control functions;  
• Develop communication protocols such as CAN, RS485, Modbus and Ethernet;  
• Collaborate with algorithm engineers to implement and optimize signal processing algorithms;  
• Develop low-level drivers including ADC, DAC, PWM, Timer, SPI, I2C and UART;  
• Support product testing, troubleshooting and field issue analysis;  
• Prepare technical documentation and test reports.
• Convert algorithm requirements and signal processing logic into stable, production-ready software solutions.
• Create and maintain debugging tools, supporting product validation, customer integration testing, and field troubleshooting activities. 

To succeed, you will need

• Education level  - Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Automation, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Instrumentation or related disciplines
• Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) : -Minimum 3 years of MCU firmware development experience;  -Proven ability to independently develop embedded firmware products;  -Experience in industrial instruments, precision equipment or leak detectors is preferred.;-Experience in vacuum industry design is preferred; -Having a certain foundation in English, good English reading ability. -Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills.
• Language skills：Possess at least basic written English communication skills; verbal communication skills are a plus.
• Strong experience in embedded software development, with expertise in system control, communication protocols, diagnostics, data logging, and algorithm implementation for industrial or precision instrumentation products.  
• Other skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint
• Vacuum engineering knowledge or experiance is a plus.
• Open flexible mindset. Able to adjust to changing task requirements
