Development Engineer-Validation & Test

Your role
As a Development Engineer-Validation & Test , your mission is to responsible for testing and validation of leak detectors and related products, establishing test standards and methodologies to ensure product performance, reliability, and quality meet design requirements and customer expectations. You will report to the Deputy GM .
You will:
- Develop test plans, test procedures and test specifications;
- Lead the testing equipment requirements and design and build the testing system;
- Perform performance, functional and reliability testing;
- Conduct environmental, lifetime and stability tests;
- Analyze test data and generate test reports;
- Verify corrective actions and issue resolution;
- Participate in design reviews and product quality improvement activities;
- Maintain and manage testing equipment and test platforms.
- Reproduce customer application scenarios and operating conditions to evaluate product performance and generate objective validation reports.
- Support manufacturing test development, production test feasibility analysis, and product reliability risk assessments throughout the product lifecycle.
To succeed, you will need
- Education level : - Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)
- Minimum 3 years of testing or validation experience;
- Experience with industrial equipment or precision instruments;
- Experience in leak detectors, vacuum systems or automation equipment is preferred.
- Familiar with ERP, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint and other software;
- Experience in vacuum industry design is preferred;
- Having a certain foundation in English, good English reading ability.
- Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Language skills:Possess at least basic written English communication skills; verbal communication skills are a plus.
- Experienced in validation and testing of precision instruments or vacuum equipment, with responsibility for product performance verification, reliability testing, and production consistency validation.
- Other skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint
- Vacuum engineering knowledge or experiance is a plus.
