Senior Program manager

Your role

• Pre-Sales Project Evaluation & Quotation Support: Support project evaluation during the proposal and quotation stage. Coordinate cross-functional teams to assess technical feasibility, resources, costs, lead times, and delivery risks. Develop preliminary project schedules and support realistic customer delivery commitments.
• Order & Contract Review: Lead contract and technical review activities to confirm project scope, requirements, schedules, and acceptance criteria. Identify project risks and ensure alignment among commercial commitments, technical solutions, budgets, and timelines.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain master project schedules from design through final acceptance. Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality requirements. Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution throughout project execution.
• Customer Communication & Change Management: Act as the primary customer contact during project execution.Provide regular project updates and obtain timely customer approvals. Manage scope changes and evaluate impacts on cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Supply Chain & Manufacturing Coordination: Work closely with Procurement and Manufacturing to secure materials, production capacity, and delivery schedules. Track critical components and proactively address supply chain and production risks. Support efficient coordination between design, sourcing, and manufacturing activities.
• Quality, Testing & Acceptance: Coordinate project testing, FAT activities, and customer acceptance processes. Ensure project documentation and deliverables are complete and compliant with project requirements. Support installation, commissioning, final acceptance, and project handover.
•  Continuous Improvement: Lead project closeout reviews and capture lessons learned. Drive improvements in project management, risk control, delivery performance, and standardization. Track key KPIs including on-time delivery, project cycle time, cost performance, change orders, and customer satisfaction.

To succeed, you will need

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial equipment, custom automation machinery, or customer-specific system projects.
• At least 3 years of program management or cross-functional project coordination experience.
• Proven track record of managing projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including customer requirements, technical solution development, quotation support, design, procurement, manufacturing, commissioning, and final acceptance.
• Familiarity with at least two of the following technical disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, PLC Control, Software Development, Sensors, Vacuum Systems, or Automation Equipment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to effectively prioritize projects and resolve resource conflicts.
• Experience with large-scale custom automation systems, inspection and testing equipment, vacuum equipment, semiconductor equipment, new energy equipment, or industrial machinery projects is preferred.
• Experience with helium mass spectrometry leak detection systems, vacuum systems, automated leak testing equipment, or customer-specific testing systems is highly preferred.
• Experience working in multinational corporations, foreign-invested enterprises, or organizations with formal project management systems is preferred.
