System Solution Engineering- Mechanical

Your role
As a System solution Engineering- Mechanical , your mission is to responsible for overall system solution development and integration of custom automation and leak testing systems, coordinating mechanical, electrical, software and testing teams to ensure successful project delivery.. You will report to the Deputy GM .
You will:
- Perform mechanical design for customized systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement standardization solutions for customized products.
- Review mechanical designs, engineering drawings, technical agreements, and customer specifications.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions;
- Define system architecture and equipment functionality;
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, software and testing teams throughout project execution;
- Lead technical reviews, risk assessments and problem resolution;
- Support project costing and BOM management;
- Assist commissioning, acceptance testing and customer technical discussions;
- Drive product standardization and platform development
To succeed, you will need
- Education level : Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics integration, instrumentation, vacuum technology and equipment, automation and related majors;
- Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) : -Minimum 5 years of experience in custom automation equipment development; -Proven experience leading complete projects independently; -Familiar with the full project lifecycle from concept to customer acceptance; -More than 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with experience as an independent structural designer responsible for products/projects preferred ; -Understand various common processing techniques and processes, familiar with the characteristics and application scenarios of various materials; -Familiar with the basics of tolerance fitting and able to standardize drafting;
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks, as well as office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpiont, etc;
- Familiar with ERP, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint and other software;
- Experience in vacuum industry design is preferred;
- Having a certain foundation in English, good English reading ability.
- Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Language skills:Possess at least basic written English communication skills; verbal communication skills are a plus.
- Experienced Mechanical Engineer with the ability to independently handle custom automation projects in a high-project-volume environment, including mechanical design, design reviews, technical agreement reviews, drawing release, and preparation of compliance-related documentation.
- Other skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint
- Vacuum engineering knowledge or experiance is a plus.
