Technical and Application Engineer

Your role

As a Technical and Application Engineer , your mission is to drive sales and market development of assigned product lines and provide pre - sales supporting as technical expertise to maximize the sales opportunity. You will report to the Technical & Application Manager .
Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Enhance to competence of technical and application both for standard and customized system.
Technical and application staffs need to understand customer’s application and proposal to customer with technical view and mindset. Help to increase winning rate and reduce the mistake because of lack of technical view.
•    Act as a role of knowledge center about assigned product lines, be responsible for technical support, problem solving, product training to sales and customers, and etc.
•    Interface with product company regarding topics of new product, quality, technology, new customer requirement and etc.
•    To provide feedback on applications experience in the field and product performance issues to the Product company so as to help R&D to enhance new product design and offerings 
•    Drive sales and market development through campaign, market analysis, sales opportunity identification, solution sharing & case study, and etc.
•    Support marketing activities regarding assigned product lines, such as new product launch, exhibitions, road show, technical materials and etc.

Education level : Bachelor Degree or higher graduate in Engineering; Vacuum technology is prefer.
Relevant Previous experience 
(minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) :    Minimum 3 years of technical support in related industrial product.     Industrial marketing experience will be plus.     Mechanical design experience will be plus
Language skills : Good English skill both in oral and written.
Other skills and knowledge:  Mechanical and electrical knowledge.  Presentation skills.   Analysis skills.  Good communication skills.  PC skills (excel, word, PowerPoint)
