Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Atlas Copco has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic Industrial Air team.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering a seamless customer experience from order to delivery. By supporting both internal teams and external clients, you’ll help ensure Atlas Copco remains First in Mind, First in Choice for our customers. You’ll report directly to the Sales Support Team Manager and work collaboratively across departments to resolve queries, process orders, and help drive service excellence.

 

  • Supporting customers throughout the entire Order-to-Cash (OtC) cycle, from order placement to resolution.
  • Proactively monitoring open orders, identifying potential issues, and taking ownership to resolve them.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email, ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and a smooth customer experience.
  • Managing returns, arranging credit notes, and handling claims related to damaged or faulty goods.
  • Assisting customers with online tools such as ShopOnline, and helping troubleshoot access or usage queries.
  • Preparing quotations for standard parts and equipment, including pricing, discounts, and shipping details.
  • Supporting continuous improvement by engaging with internal processes and contributing to ad hoc projects.

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Excellent communication skills confident in listening, asking the right questions, and presenting ideas clearly
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet customer and business deadlines
