Data Intelligence Analyst - Year In Industry

Your role

We’re looking for a curious and analytical Data Intelligence Analyst to join us for a Year in Industry placement. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with real business data, turning it into meaningful insights that influence decisions across the organisation. You’ll gain exposure to how data is used commercially, while building practical skills in reporting, analysis, and business intelligence tools.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating reports and dashboards to support sales, customer insights and business performance
• Developing and maintaining tools using Power BI and PowerApps
• Analysing data to help teams make informed decisions
• Supporting CRM data quality through reporting and data cleansing
• Working with colleagues across the business on data and reporting projects

To succeed, you will need

• An undergraduate studying Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Statistics or a related subject
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with data
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office (experience with Power BI or coding is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly
• A proactive team player who enjoys solving problems and improving processes

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our at our offices in Hemel Hempstead.
