HR Coordinator - Year In Industry

Your role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join our team for a Year in Industry placement in 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an undergraduate interested in Human Resources to gain hands-on experience supporting a busy HR team while learning how HR supports people, culture and business success.

During your placement, you’ll be involved in a variety of HR activities including recruitment support, employee administration and HR projects, giving you a well-rounded insight into working in HR within a global organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
• Assisting with HR administration, maintaining employee records and updating HR systems
• Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
• Helping organise training, development and employee engagement activities
• Assisting with HR reporting and people-related data
• Supporting HR projects and day-to-day activities across the team

To succeed, you will need

• An undergraduate studying Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related subject
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and confidence working with people across the business
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• A proactive team player with a positive and professional approach

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Hemel Hempstead head office. 

Please note: this position is a Year in Industry placement typically undertaken as part of an undergraduate degree programme
