Your role

  • Help to build a business pipeline using all digital tools.
  • Managing and developing our online communication channels – LinkedIN, Facebook, Web, etc.
  • Leading the online campaigns (organic and paid), prep, execute, evaluateCopy and text creation – preparing posts, short texts, captions, and editing existing materials.
  • Basic graphic design – Canva, simple banners, visual adjustments based on brand guidelines.
  • Help to coordinate and promote internal and external events – online and onsite.
  • A variety of tasks ranging from small project coordination to preparing materials – ideal for someone who likes doing “a bit of everything.”

To succeed, you will need

Must-Have

These are essential for success in the role:

  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak or Polish and at least intermediate English (B1-B2). You will need Englis on the daily basis for communication with colleagues and process the marketing assets.
  • AI is your everyday partner—someone you talk to and collaborate with regularly.
  • You can style and work confidently with text, understand SEO principles and have experience with AEM or any other web management tool.
  • You are an organized person who can plan, meet deadlines, and enjoy making things run smoothly.
  • You can handle basic graphic tasks – Canva or similar tools.
  • You enjoy variety in your work — the more diverse, the better.

 

Nice-to-Have

These will help you stand out, but aren’t deal-breakers:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Technical thinking – it will helps you understand our portfolio and customers.
  • Understand marketing automation workflows and digital lead nurturing campaigns
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
  • Experience with PPC campaigns
  • Experience in B2B digital marketing
