Your role

As a Field Service Team Leader, your mission is to guide and support the Field Service team through every phase of service delivery, from quotation to invoicing, driving high‑quality execution and exceptional customer satisfaction. The position is located at our repair facility and supports engineered‑to‑order industrial compressor operations. You will report to the Field Service Manager.

You will

  • Lead and support the Field Service team to ensure effective project execution and high performance. 
  • Coordinate Field Service projects from quotation through invoicing. 
  • Partner with customers and Account Managers to define project scope, schedules, and requirements. 
  • Plan and coordinate schedules, resources, and site readiness for Field Service activities. 
  • Monitor project costs and performance to ensure alignment with approved purchase orders. 
  • Provide oversight and approval of team timecards, expenses, and required documentation. 
  • Support compliance and safety requirements, inclusing site access and maintenance of online safety portal. 
  • Prepare and manage service quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing documentation

  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects and priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including ability to supervise and support a diverse technical team. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage internal and external customers. 
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collboration and exceeding customer expectations. 
  • Availability to provide after-hours support as needed for Field Service operations.
