Senior Accountant

Your day-to-day
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Senior Accountant. You will be part of our finance team reporting to the Accounting Manager. In this role, your mission is to ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting and support sound business decisions through timely financial insights. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
As a Senior Accountant, you will:

Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reviews, payroll reporting, lease accounting, and communication of closing status with finance leadership.

Own key accounting processes related to intercompany transactions, inventory reporting, and financial controls, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, reconciled balances, and effective operational workflows.

Lead inventory and cost accounting activities, including inventory reconciliations, costing analysis, physical and cycle counts, reporting, and oversight of WIP, POC, inventory turns, and reserves to ensure accurate financial reporting and inventory control.

Partner with operations to develop and improve inventory processes, mitigate inventory risk, optimize stock levels, analyze variances, and support efficient inventory management across the business.
- Collaborate with colleagues in finance and across the business to improve processes and strengthen financial controls.
Your skills and experience
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in accounting or financial control, with a solid unerstanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- You bring knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
- You are comfortable working with ERP and reporting tools and using data to generate clear financial insights.
- You communicate clearly and can explain financial topics in a way that is easy to understand for non‑specialists.
- You are organized, accurate, and curious to improve processes and learn new tools and methods.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Greens Road office in Houston, Texas.
