Lead Technician

Your role
As a Lead Technician, your mission is to support the sustainable profitable growth of the company through exceptional customer service and technical experience, with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, quality, team development, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Repair and Production Manager.
You will
- Assign and balance workloads across technicians for shop and field jobs to ensure operational efficiency and utilization.
- Monitor progress of repairs for quality, safety and timeliness through KPIs.
- Coordinate priorities with Repair and Production Manager for on-time delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex diagnostics and repairs in both shop and field environments, providing expert guidance and support.

You have 5+ years of experience with pump service/repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to travel for field service assignments (0-10%)
- 2+ years in a lead role, or training and developing to become a lead.
