Your role

As a Production Planner, your mission is to coordinate aftermarket orders and documentation for centrifugal compressor and turbo expander components—ensuring all departments stay aligned to meet project and customer commitments.. You will report to the Operations Manager.

You will

  • Coordinate aftermarket orders and documentation, ensuring accuracy of commercial documents and alignment with project commitments.
  • Identify required parts and components using engineering drawings, bills of materials, and sourcing data to determine availability, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Create and manage production orders, including converting planned orders, monitoring schedules, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors—including Sourcing, Aftermarket Sales, and other departments—to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
  • Support project execution by participating in meetings, preparing required requisitions, and managing additional assigned projects in compliance with company and safety standards.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Stribg verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • ERP experience (SAP preferred)

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our service center in Houston, United States (US).
