  • The Scientific Vacuum Business Line Manager (BLM) translates the global divisional strategy into a clear Taiwan specific execution plan and go‑to‑market approach, enabling proactive opportunity identification, strong customer guidance, effective product selection, and the conversion of quotations into profitable, sustainable growth.

 

  • As a key member of the General Vacuum Customer Center (CC) Taiwan leadership team, the BLM drives strategies to sustainably grow the Scientific Divisions portion of CC revenues local market share across core scientific segments, including Artificial Intelligence/Semiconductors, quantum computing, R&D, analytical instrumentation, and space simulation, while also expanding service and industrial equipment opportunities within strategic accounts.

 

  • The BLM upholds a non‑negotiable standard of sales excellence, ensuring scientific sales and product support teams focus on the right segments, plan effectively, and execute with discipline to improve conversion. The role also drives continuous improvement in solution guidance, develops targeted success stories and technical content, and builds cross‑selling and up‑selling pathways that strengthen the sales team’s ability to win.

 

  • As BLM you have full ownership of the P&L and balance sheet. Having responsibility for all technical and commercial aspects of the Scientific Vacuum Division business.

  • You have experience working with financial and commercial metrics to support sound decision making.
  • You are curious to explore new ideas and motivated to develop teams and strengthen collaboration.
  • Experience working with capital equipment or technical products is an advantage.
