Financial Analyst (170872)

Your role
As a Financial Analyst, your mission is to Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, and deliver insightful analysis to support management decisions and improve business performance.
Management accounting
- Weekly sales, order intake and dashboards reporting.
- Margin analysis including exception reporting and review.
- Cooperate with sales team for relative business, provide useful data to team.
- Prepare BRM/CRM material to management.
- In charge of ETL fully company annual budget (B/S, P/L) prepare, include communication, data collect, system input.
- Complete the monthly sales forecast with sales team and provide to management.
- Prepare the cashflow forecast by weekly, include AC Taiwan/ Leybold Tawian / CSK Taiwan.
- Prepare the finance information to AC China holding to monitor bank credit.
- Other provisions required as part of the month-end process.
- Analysis of overheads (include labor hour / material / expense).
- Take any tasks and projects assigned by the immediate manager/supervisor.

- University/College graduate in either Accounting or Business Administration (Major in Accounting) or graduate in other numerate discipline if accompanied by CPA, CIMA, CCA or CA license.
- Min. 6 years previous working experience in financial accounting including supervisory experience. Preferably 2 years of this in an external auditing environment.
- Native Chinese speaking and good English in reading, writing and speaking.
- Familiar with Taiwanese statutory reporting requirements prefer.
- Experience of General Ledger computing systems and utilizing the reporting facilities to satisfy business requirements.
- Good working knowledge of MS office software especially Excel spreadsheets.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, self-starter and a team player.
- Competent Administrator with good communication skills.
