The Role
The purpose of the position is to monitor and optimize the recruitment process in order to attract and acquire talents to the company. The process includes advertising job postings, sourcing candidates, screen applicants and conducting preliminary interviews and new employee’s orientations. The position is also responsible for evaluating different recruitment channels and sources for job positions to manage the outsourced recruitment agents and vendors.
What we expect of you?
- Understands business strategic workforce planning and recruiting needs. Keep close communication and develop partnership with hiring managers.
- Takes the local administrator role of HR link – Recruiting Link and ensure the company defined recruiting process and guidelines are understood and complied by all departments and hiring managers for required positions in Taiwan.
- Coaches hiring managers to get a touch base with UK approvers to ensure the position requisition process to be approved in a timely basis.
- Processes of job posting for internal emails and external boards to ensure qualified and suitable candidates in place for selection.
- Organizes recruiting process and responds for the recruit time control, including position analysis, channel selection, and evaluates reliable recruitment channels and methodologies to meet the service level agreed with departments.
- Sets up database of talents and proactively approaches the potential candidates by cold calls (phone interviews) to attend face to face interviews.
- Attends interviews if required to providing the HR perspective viewpoints and makes recommendations to the hiring managers.
- Handles new staff orientation program and support new employees’ surveys and assists hiring managers in the probation review process.
- Updates and reports the recruitment status report in a regular base and report as requested.
- Maintains and collects all job descriptions and related core competence on an accessible data base.
- Collect the information of talent competition trend and organization transformation from related companies.
- Keep track of gender diversity data across STC, FS and CC Taiwan and CSKT.
- Keeps track of internal staff movement and recruiting plan & progress.
- Updated organizational charts on a monthly basis.
- Coordinates campus recruitment projects (job fairs or school events) and builds connections with universities for young talents acquisition.
- Engages with employer branding activities via different channels or campus recruitments.
- Supports HR related administrative tasks or other jobs assigned by HR manager.
