Your role

As a Key Account Manager, your mission is to establish, and maintain strong contacts with existing and new customers. 

You will

•    Establish, and maintain strong contacts with existing and new customers/OEMs at all levels of their organisation in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities
•    Conduct customer negotiations at all levels (fab manager, manager, engineers, …), enjoining the assistance of other Edwards managers when required to win the business and thereafter maintain continuity throughout the sales and service and after care activities .
•    Participate and monitor sales forecast budget.

•    Management of Sales: Make sales to agreed targets: closing deals, Present integrated/full range of EDWARDS products and services, develop customer mind-set to ‘single source’ concept, Manage customer expectations in line with strategic plan.
•    Identify new opportunities.
•    Report on competitive activities. 
•    Create customer perception of EDWARDS excellence. 
•    Make use of the whole organisation to create value in customers eyes. 
•    Establish strategic plans for penetration of new products in strategy accounts.
•    Take any tasks / projects assigned by the immediate manager/supervisor.

1. Bachalor degree or above.
2. >3 years of sales experience (semiconductor is preferred).
3. Good commercial and technical competence to command customers' respect.

4. Knowledge and experience of semi process equipment and their requirement for vacuum, exhaust gas management.

5. Experience of well managing customer accounts.
6. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills both on an individual and team basis.
7. Experience of service sales or service maintenance is preferred.
8. The job requires frequent inland travel.
