Material Controller(170115)
Your role
- Support Taiwan's Service Supply Chain to meet business and financial goals.
- Manage Spares Inventory to maximize service and minimize costs.
- Review safety stock and coordinate with Taiwan teams.
- Regularly resize stock with Hub/FS to optimize levels.
- Reduce surplus stock to improve health.
- Monitor daily inventory and improve stock accuracy.
- Ensure service stock meets demand and supports growth.
- Track delivery schedules and expedite if needed.
- Control old or damaged stock quarterly.
- Follow company standards for product quality and shelf life.
- Maintain safety surveys and conduct regular safety checks.
- Manage department budget within limits.
- Provide or arrange training on skills, safety, and quality.

- Well knowledge of MRP procedure and strong deal with SAP system for requirements record.
- Strong ability for sizing/analysing of inventories and provision roles in quarterly.
- An appreciation of vacuum technology & semi-conductor practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English combined with the computer literacy required to run SAP and excel spread sheets.
- Ability to work in a team and communication across the function and dept.
- Strong administrative and personal disciplines to handle a multi-task and functions activity with a meticulous approach.
- Self-starter, self-motivator and resourceful, able to take the initiative to resolve local spares issues.
