Product Specialist (167149)

Your role

As a Product Specialist, your mission is to collect voice of customer, reflect on product roadmap, implement new product launch and manage product life cycle.

You will

• Work closely with account sales/distributor to generate/execute strategy to achieve budget, monthly review and update on sales index, revenue forecast, order received and order invoice.
• Work out Market analysis of competitive intelligence information for product differentiation strategy.
• Be part of the Product Management peer group. Work closely with Division Product Management and MarComm to ensure availability and readiness of materials.
• Champion Edwards product by defending and promoting product technology and its integrity.
• Coordinate new product Evaluation to ensure successful qualification and enhance product reliability.
• Crisis management of product & applications related issues that threaten Edwards positions.
• Co-work with OEM account team for product selection and issue escalation at end-customer sites.

•    Master or Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.  
•    A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry, with sound knowledge and experience of Edwards products.
•    Proven ability in Sales or sales support role with experience in managing product knowledge and technical information and to organise, write and present effective Applications Specific material.
•    Good inter-personal and communication skills to build sound relationship with Division Product Management and customers. 
•    Strong presentation and influencing skills, both verbal and written.
•    Maintains intellectual property awareness. 
•    Ability to work under pressure, provide support to sales/distributor and customers.
•    Good appreciation of major OEM process tools and competitor’s product.

Option 1: On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Hsinchu, Taiwan (TW). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
