Project Engineer, CSC Taiwan (164056)

Your role
You will
- Ensure all projects follow internal safety guidelines and meet quality benchmarks.
- Aim to create differentiated value in customer response, product performance, and quality for sustainable growth.
- The CSC Project Engineer leads engineers and technicians in tests, compliance certification, and product improvement per customer demands.
To succeed, you will need
- B.S./M.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering project management for mechanical machinery and semiconductor equipment.
- 3+ years as Lead or Project Engineer in mechanical machinery and semiconductor equipment
- 8+ years as Technical Engineer in semiconductor equipment, design, manufacturing, quality control, or project management
- R&D Engineer experience in new product or technology development
- Fluent English (speaking and writing)
- Excellent project management: planning, scheduling, budgeting
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience with engineering change, assembly, and fabrication
- Knowledge of industry standards, certifications, ESH regulations, and safety management
- Proven communication skills for collaboration and reporting
- Ability to design experiments, analyze data, and develop processes
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for technical challenges
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methods
- High competence in adopting new technology and knowledge
- Professional, proactive work ethic
- Good presentation skills; proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
